Dear Celina, I would like to thank Sarah West Recruitment for their expertise in the recruitment market. I have been to pretty much all the recruitment agencies in the Exeter area, including on-line services, with limited success. They all seem to be more interested in " bums on seats" than finding suitable positions and rarely return calls or e-mails. You were the only one that bothered to look past the CV and at the person. You also actually listened to me and what I need from a job. By asking those all important questions, you were able to find skills and abilities that were buried in my CV and find an avenue that I would not thought of going down. Most people looking for a job are not marketing experts and need people who know what they are doing to help them. I start my new job on 25th Jan, I feel confident and excited and I have Sarah West to thank for that.
