Celina West is not only a Director of Sarah West Recruitment but also a member of the PTFA for her local primary school. When the school were struggling to recruit a new choir teacher, Celina stepped in to assist the Headmaster and Deputy Head through the interview process. Celina structured the interviews with the candidates and was also on hand to discuss the results of a practical session that the candidates had with a classroom of children. The right candidate needed to demonstrate the appropriate experience and have the ability to enthuse the children - not always an easy task!
After 2 rounds of interviews a decision was made and the role was offered. We understand the new teacher has had over 50 children from year 2 sign up to join the choir - fantastic news!
