This organisation has a large customer base and ambitious plans to grow over the next three years. As part of the growth strategy they are focused on providing a high level of customer service and sales skills in order to attract new customers, up and cross sell to existing customers and retain customers seeking to leave.

This role is critical to their success, you will be part of a very successful inbound retention team, with each member of the team currently hitting their targets.

The successful candidate will be expected to maximise sales, new sales, cross sale, up sale and retention, converting all enquiries to products and services.

This is an ideal role for a highly ambitious ‘go getting' person, who has excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record in delivering success through solutions sales.

Must have customer service skills and either experience in a similar role or proven sales ability in either a proactive or reactive position.

The role pays £16k basic with an expected OTE of £22k. Excellent benefits package and career development.
