The definition of Jargon:

Special words or expressions that are used by a particular profession or group and are difficult for others to understand.

Whether you’re transitioning from a career in the forces or you’re changing industries, if your CV or skill set is difficult to understand it’s quite likely that your application will quickly be rejected.

How to write a CV; hobbies and interests

At the end of any good CV there's a section that should be entitled 'hobbies and interests' which should give the reader more of an insight into you and your life outside of your work.  

It’s the only section on your CV where you get to talk about yourself and, career aside, the things you do, you love and you’re good at.
